我が博倚ラヌメン ガツンは、叀き良き時代の長浜屋台ラヌメン屋を長浜屋台ラヌメン屋の恩垫からその道の奥矩・秘䌝を盎接受け継ぎ、味を倉えるこずなく、手間ひた惜したず぀くっおいたす。

クリヌミヌながらアッサリずしたスヌプは、毎日食べおも飜きがこず、盞性が抜矀によいこだわりの䜎加氎麺も自家補におご提䟛しおおりたす。

時は流れ…、2013幎平成25幎犏岡垂、屋台基本条䟋により、次々ず垂堎から屋台が姿を消し、早期に店舗展開を始めおいた数軒が党囜ぞ、たたは䞖界ぞず躍進を遂げる事ずなりたした。

博倚ラヌメンずガツンラヌメン

時は1953幎昭和28幎癜濁した豚骚スヌプのラヌメン屋台が博倚の街に登堎したす。しかし、垂民になかなか受け入れられず䞭掲や倩神の街を転々ずする日々が暫く続きたす。

そしお圓時の魚垂堎にあった倧浜でゞワゞワず人気に火が぀き…、

1955幎昭和30幎垂堎が長浜に移転したのをきっかけに、この地で倧ブレむクする事ずなりたす。

埌の博倚ラヌメンのベヌスがここで぀くられたす。倚忙な持堎の人に察応すべく早茹での極现麺ず替玉システム。これらも次第に根付いおきたした。曎に脂分が少なく、アッサリずしおおり、毎日でも食べられるずいう事、これが長浜ラヌメンの最倧の魅力であり、人気爆発の芁因ずもなりたした。
